It’s a beautiful day for baseball in Seattle, and that’s a good thing for Zillow employees.
The online real estate company is sending over 850 employees to this afternoon’s matinee as the Mariners take on the White Sox at 12:40 p.m. In fact, so many employees wanted tickets to the game that Zillow had to order another batch. The company employs about 1,100 people in Seattle, so don’t expect to see much work getting done this afternoon.

You’ll easily be able to spot the group. Dozens of employees walked around the company’s downtown Seattle offices today with baseball-themed T-shirts that said: “Zillow Est. 2006.”
We’ve heard a few other tech companies with offices near Safeco Field are sneaking out of the office today to take advantage of the rare afternoon game, so if your team has photos from the game, send them our way and we’ll consider posting them here.
Go Mariners!
