The enormous new Apple 2 Campus in Cupertino, Calif. is taking shape.

The facility earned the nickname “spaceship campus” because its central building is a sleek flying saucer-like ring with a circumference more than a mile around. The year-end update above was captured by aerial videographer Matthew Roberts.

He estimates solar panel installation on the campus is about 65 percent complete. The footage also highlights different species of trees waiting patiently in their pots to be planted and progress in the main building’s atrium. The “mountain of dirt” Apple displaced is also now gone.

Apple plans to open the campus, which is designed to house more than 13,000 workers, sometime after the first quarter of 2017, according to Apple Insider.
