Over the weekend, President Obama pledged to get “the whole tech thing” sorted out for the next first couple entering the White House. He was referring to Wi-Fi dead spots that apparently plague the residents of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.

“It’s a little sketchy,” Michelle Obama said in a CBS interview. “The girls can be a little irritated by it.”

Celebrities, they’re just like us! No matter how stratified society may seem, even the leader of the free world has to deal with the spinning pinwheel of death sometimes. But, when the rest of us are stuck in buffering purgatory, it’s unlikely the CEO of one of the leading wireless companies will come to our aid.

T-Mobile head John Legere responded to a BuzzFeed article about the Obamas Wi-Fi woes with this tweet:

So there you have it, Mr. President. Who needs WiFi anyway?
