Earlier Sunday, rapper Kanye West voiced his displeasure with the Los Angeles Clippers’ new mascot. Now, it appears he’s set himself up for a meeting with Steve Ballmer.
West, the polarizing musician who has used Twitter extensively to share his opinions with the world for the past several months, tweeted this on Sunday:

The Clippers — which Ballmer owns after the former Microsoft CEO paid $2 billion to buy the team in 2013 — unveiled their new mascot, Chuck the Condor, last month.
It’s safe to say not everyone was happy with Chuck, including West. Someone passed his tweet along to Ballmer, who then responded with this:
@kanyewest @LAClippers love Chuck but love your creativity. Lets talk. Lunch?

And then 19 minutes later, Ballmer took it a step further:
@kanyewest Better than lunch. Let's grab a Clips game together and talk

Steve and Kanye working together would be one of the more unexpected business partnerships, but perhaps the rapper — who also reached out to Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Google co-founder Larry Page on Twitter a few weeks ago — can use some of his creative juices to spice up the team’s mascot.
Chuck, meanwhile, responded to Kanye with a slight dig, referencing one of West’s new songs.
I miss the old Kanye. https://t.co/staijL8Jpf
