The idea of a “dream” home is a little extra dreamy in a new ad campaign from Realtor.com, the online real estate company that is turning to actress Elizabeth Banks as pitchwoman once again.

With the tagline “Dream home. Find Home. Own Home,” two spots from the campaign humorously illustrate the process of searching for a home on Realtor.com. The ads feature two different guys experiencing the fantasy of home ownership, with Banks crashing the dreams to tout Realtor.com’s features.

Guy No. 1 loves his dream deck, as he sits in a hot tub and gets a steak dinner and full beer delivered by a tiny cloud floating overhead.

Guy No. 2 is shaving and playing paddleball hands-free while standing in his dream bathroom. “This bathroom is in a house on Realtor.com,” Banks tells him, as she shows a screen on her tablet.

Realtor.com’s YouTube page is loaded with previous ads featuring Banks. According to a news release, Banks also stars in a new eight-episode digital series of home buying tips in which she interviews characters from her own dreams, including a not-so-friendly T-Rex, her middle school crush, and a magical pony.

CEO Ryan O’Hara said in the release that “business is stronger than ever and we’re keeping our foot on the accelerator with the debut of this new campaign that educates consumers on what we do best — help people dream of a new home, find a home they love and own their perfect home.”

The online real estate advertising game isn’t the only arena where Realtor.com is taking on its rival, Seattle-based Zillow. Parent company Move Inc. has been locked in a court dispute with Zillow over a lawsuit that claims it has been damaged by the actions of Zillow and two of Move’s former executives. Moves alleges Curt Beardsley and Errol Samuelson stole trade secrets and destroyed documents when they left Move for Zillow.
