Confirmed speakers so far this year include Nick Huzar, the co-founder and CEO of fast-growing OfferUp; Liz Pearce, CEO of LiquidPlannerStephanie Sprangers, co-founder of style community Glamhive; Mark Mader, CEO of Smartsheet; Henry Albrecht, CEO and co-founder of Limeade; and Josh Marti, CEO and co-founder of Point Inside.

startupdayspeakersWe’ll be announcing additional speakers in the weeks ahead, including a few surprises, so stay tuned for more.

Now in its seventh year, this is one of the longest-running startup events in the Pacific Northwest — an all-day bootcamp designed for entrepreneurs, makers, builders, and anyone else thinking about launching a startup, or even starting a big new venture inside an established company. Startup Day has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs in the region move their ventures forward or get them off the ground.

In the Startup Demo Zone, companies will receive in-person feedback and conduct one-on-one presentations with event attendees. The Startup Demo Zone is available to qualifying startup companies for $650, and includes a presentation table; two tickets to the event and an individual meeting with an angel investor or VC. Three companies from the Demo Zone also will be chosen to present live on stage to our VC panel.

We’re also excited to bring back the Resource Room, where entrepreneurs will be able to discuss everyday business challenges with experts in law, finance, design, leadership and more. Sign up below for early bird rates, and see you on Feb. 12!

Also, a big thanks to the City of Bellevue for serving as the title sponsor of this year’s Startup Day. For more information on sponsoring this event, contact Daniel Rossi at daniel@geekwire.com.
