It’s no secret that, like many places across the U.S., Seattle is in a crunch when it comes to finding and retaining talented tech workers.
That talent gap is the focus of this year’s FullConTech, the Washington Technology Industry Association‘s annual conference, which aims to foster sustainable growth in Washington’s technology industry.
The event brings together corporate, education, nonprofit, and government leaders to collaborate on tackling the tech industry’s biggest challenges, and encourages attendees to think outside the box when it comes to finding solutions.
This year’s conference takes place Monday, October 3, at the Microsoft Convention Center in Redmond, Washington. More information and tickets are available here.

GeekWire Summit, 2016

Feature Friday at the Ruins
What: “Feature Friday is back! We continue the great Seattle startup tradition this month at a special location – The Ruins in the lower Queen Anne neighborhood. OpenStack Days Seattle 2016
What: “After a sold-out, successful inaugural event last year, OpenStack Days Seattle 2016 is back! Affect Conf
What: “Affect is a new 2-day community event in Portland, OR for the intersection of social good and design. It’s part conference and part volunteering.
