WTIAFinalLogoIt’s no secret that, like many places across the U.S., Seattle is in a crunch when it comes to finding and retaining talented tech workers.

That talent gap is the focus of this year’s FullConTech, the Washington Technology Industry Association‘s annual conference, which aims to foster sustainable growth in Washington’s technology industry.

The event brings together corporate, education, nonprofit, and government leaders to collaborate on tackling the tech industry’s biggest challenges, and encourages attendees to think outside the box when it comes to finding solutions.

This year’s conference takes place Monday, October 3, at the Microsoft Convention Center in Redmond, Washington. More information and tickets are available here.
