Twitter is now introducing its Android app users to the new “While you were away” feature.
Rolled out a month ago for Twitter’s iOS app, the feature provides what Twitter calls, “a recap of some of the top Tweets you might have missed from accounts you follow.”

The good news for those who are frequently on Twitter and don’t want the additional home timeline clutter? The more you’re on Twitter, the company promises, the less you’ll encounter the new feature.
Recaps will be identified with a “While you were away…” heading at the top of your Twitter feed.
