Remember that new curved LG smartphone everyone was raving about at CES? Well, the LG G Flex 2 will be available through Sprint, starting March 13.

Of course, you can pre-order the Android smartphone starting Feb. 20 at the Sprint site before its official on-sale date. Only Sprint customers will have access to the color Volcano Red, with Platinum Silver being the other color option. The smartphone features a 5.5-inch curved HD display, 13 megapixel camera and the Snapdragon 810 processor with speeds up to 2GHz.

The LG G Flex 2 comes with 2GB or 3GB of Ram, and 16GB or 32GB of storage. The smartphone’s real claim to fame is the special curved shape, and it’s “dura-glass,” which LG is claiming is 20 percent stronger than regular Gorilla Glass 2, making it about as indestructible as smartphones can be.

The LG G Flex 2’s suggested retail price is $504 — no word if existing Sprint customers get a deal or not. All told, it looks like a nice option if you’re looking for another Android smartphone. Can’t wait to see if the LG G Flex 2 really is as indestructible as they say.
