It’s easier than ever to snap pictures with your smartphone, but what do you do with them afterward?

If you’re like most people, they probably just sit there, if they even make it out of your digital graveyard on to Instagram or Facebook. Lately, though, it seems there’s a resurgence of wanting a print copy of things, a la Polaroid style, to pass around with friends. This new startup has just the device to help you do that.

Prynt (clever name), with offices in San Francisco and Paris, debuted its device at CES and is now onto a Kickstarter campaign to fund it. The printing device is calling itself “the first instant camera case for iPhone and Android.” You basically click it onto your phone and print away tiny little candids to share. A big plus: no ink cartridges. The special paper is pre-loaded with ink of sorts, so you just load and go.

The campaign already has more than 2,500 backers and has raised $330,000, well over its initial $50,000 goal, with 32 days to go. The early-bird special is gone, but for $99 you get the case plus 10 sheets of paper. It works with iPhones 5 and 6, and Galaxy S4 and S5 Droids.

Here’s the video of how it works:
