porch-logo-standardPorch, the Seattle-based home improvement data startup, announced partnerships this morning with several additional real estate sites and apps that will offer the Porch Home Report to people using their services.

Under the new partnerships, the report will be offered by Estately, HomeFinder.com, iHomeFinder.com, Tribus Group, PlanetRE, Properties Online, Torch X, Virtual Results, New Media MLS, and ListHub.

Porch announced previous deals with realtor.com, Windermere Real Estate and Moxi Works. The company said this morning that more than 6 million Porch Home Reports have been requested by homebuyers since the report was launched in March of last year.

The reports give a rundown of a home’s project history, including cost, details of the projects and information about the professionals who have previously worked on the home and in the neighborhood. Also in the report is information about how long neighbors have lived in their homes, and details about nearby properties.

Porch has been growing quickly in an increasingly crowded market, with Amazon.com, Pro.com and several others launching competing services to connect contractors with homeowners who need repair and maintenance.
