Periscope is finally available to Android users as the Twitter-owned live-streaming app launched on the Google Play Store on Tuesday. The Android version is similar to the iPhone app, which debuted two months ago and racked up 1 million users in 10 days, with some extra additions like a “return to broadcast” feature and a few design tweaks.

I just tried installing the app on my Note 4, but was having issues creating an account. Initial user reviews seem to indicate something similar.
