If you were a fan of the ’90s hit The X-Files, you’ll be glad to know that Fox has picked up the show again for a limited run of six episodes.

The Wrap is reporting that Gillian Anderson (Dana Scully) and David Duchovny (Fox Mulder) will reclaim the roles that pretty much made their careers. In other words, expect more investigations of aliens and the paranormal with a side of thinly veiled sexual tension. Creator Chris Carter is also back.

If you weren’t around the first time The X-Files was on TV, it was a pretty groundbreaking series for Fox, running for nine seasons and snagging a bunch of awards before ending in 2002.

No word on when it will air yet. Production is set to begin this summer.

Enjoy this mashup of some classic Mulder/Scully moments in the meantime:
