Microsoft announced deeper partnership with rival CRM provider Salesforce earlier this month. However, with this acquisition, Microsoft is showing that it’s not slowing down its fight to provide better CRM software.

The Canada-based Adxstudio team has been building web portals for customer relationship management software since 1998, with offices in both Saskatchewan and Redmond, Wash. Details of the acquisition were not announced.
