Yoga is one of the best possible things you can do for your mind and body. So if you’re stressed from work, life, what have you, you should check out this out.

Seattle-based Cody, the startup that connects people with online fitness programs, is partnering with athletic-wear maker Lululemon ambassadors in Seattle on a new program that includes in-store demonstrations and videos, as well as presenting online yoga classes from three of the area’s top yoga instructors.

Here’s how it works: Cody connects fitness instructors with an online audience seeking a convenient, effective workout that they can do anywhere. Customers get a workout that fits their lifestyles, and instructors have another way to grow their audience and earn income for their fitness videos.

A Cody representative told us that the site’s online community already has about 200,000 yoga enthusiasts and over 20,000 minutes of unique content. You can go to Cody’s site and access the new Lululemon content, called “The Flow Life,” at the site now.

The whole thing kicks off today with a special event at the Lululemon store at Pacific Place downtown at 7 p.m. Then, the Lululemon yoga instructors will lead in-store classes on Nov. 8, 15 and 22 at the Lululemon University Village store at 9:30 a.m.

Now, go get your flow on.
