The diamond industry faces unique challenges as consumers increasingly turn to e-commerce. Millennials, in particular, prefer the convenience of online shopping but rarely complete a transaction as pricey as a diamond without seeing it in person. New York-based diamond brand Ritani found a way to reconcile the issue with its “clicks and bricks” model.
Ritani created partnerships with local diamond retailers across the U.S., leveraging its online presence so customers could shop on the web and buy in-store. The group building out the company’s e-commerce operations is in Seattle, and now Ritani is looking for a new E-Commerce Business Analyst to help take it to the next level.
Ritani is seeking someone who can “examine complex issues with ambiguous or unknown variables, gather and synthesize the data necessary to enable decision-making and then drive/manage projects.” Applicants should have at least five years of experience in business analysis and a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
