GW calendar logoFast-growing Seattle startup Tune is holding its annual marketing conference, Postback 2015, at Seattle Center July 23 – 24. At last year’s event the company announced its rebranding, and it has some surprises (like a mystery guest) in store for this year’s conference too.

PB_photoLogo1While some of the entertainment is being kept under wraps, Tune has announced Malcom Gladwell, author of Blink and Outliers, as its keynote. Representatives from Twitter, Google, Lyft, and other tech companies will also be speaking.

Tickets for Postback 2015 are on sale here.

Seattle___Hack_the_DotHack the Dot Seattle

What: “Name.com is bringing its domain-driven hackathon/happy hour series to Seattle (it’ll be fun even if you’re not a developer!)! It’s out first time hosting this event outside of Colorado, and psyched to bring it to Seattle first. So, how the heck does this hackathon work? At a domain-driven hackathon, all of the teams are told a single premium domain name at the beginning of the event to build something for. The teams then have two hours to come up with a functioning site inspired by that domain. Which ever team builds the most creative and funny idea for the domain wins.”

When: July 28, 6 p.m. – July 29, 9 p.m.

Where: Impact Hub, Seattle.

Register: RSVP for free here.
