Marvel’s latest, Ant-Man, opens nationwide today, and Paul Rudd dropped by Conan last night to discuss the film and, of course, show a sneak peek.
Watch while a wary Conan asks Rudd if he’s going to be serious this time, since it is a Marvel flick and all, as to not “upset the nerds” who watch his show. He laments that Rudd has now fooled him with the extremely ridiculous and stupid Mac and Me clip “about 30 times.”

While there have been some doubts as to how well Ant-Man will fare in the Marvel film universe, so far it’s looking OK. Rotten Tomatoes has it as 78 percent fresh with 91 percent of audience members saying they liked it as of this writing. According to Forbes, it made $6.4 million from last night’s previews, “low for Marvel but not remotely a sign of doom to come.”
