Say you love your BlackBerry, but the same-old isn’t cutting it for you anymore? Then you need to see this limited-edition, black-and-gold BlackBerry Passport.

Only 50 have been made, according to a BlackBerry blog post announcing the new blinged-out smartphone. They call it “gilding the lily” of the original Passport. The limited-edition version features a large touchscreen, that lovely keyboard, up to 30 hours of battery life, BlackBerry Assistant, BlackBerry Blend, Amazon’s Appstore and “much, much more.”

The company claims that it’s building off the Passport’s popularity with this black-and-gold version, which says ” ‘I mean business and get things done,’ and says it with style.” Somewhat inspired by people who have already tricked-out their BlackBerries — including Drake, who apparently customized his for about $3,000, and another guy who took it apart and had it custom-plated — the gold BlackBerry Passport, if you can snag one, will set you back $999.

It’s nice to see that BlackBerry still has a little swagger to its step, especially in light of that Samsung acquisition talk.
