What are you doing this Friday? Experience Music Project has another awesome evening planned with a launch party called “Zero Gravity” for its newest exhibit Infinite Worlds of Science Fiction.

“Step aboard as EMP Museum transforms into an epic interstellar vessel, and make first contact with EMP’s newest original exhibit, Infinite Worlds of Science Fiction,” states their site. “From Back to the Future and Ghostbusters, to Battlestar Galactica, Star Trek, and Blade RunnerInfinite Worlds of Science Fiction invites you to experience the creative range in storytelling and the unlimited imagination that spawns fictional worlds with 150+ artifacts from iconic films and television shows.”

Star Trek‘s Mr. Sulu and guest of honor George Takei will give the opening remarks. There will be photo ops, games, sci-fi trivia, prizes, a dance party and space beer!

It’s this Friday at EMP, starting at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $25, $18 if you’re an EMP member. You’d better hurry, EMP warns that tickets are going fast.
