Buildium, a Boston-based property management software company, announced today that has acquired All Property Management, a Seattle-based company that operates an online marketing service that connects property managers with property owners. Financial terms of the acquisition weren’t disclosed.
All Property Management, which has 12 employees, will continue to be based in the Seattle area. Products from the two companies are complementary, with many property managers using All Property Management to find new business, and Buildium to help manage their properties.
