In case you might be wondering how to spend your company bonus this year, Curbed has released a list of the 25 most expensive homes on the market in Seattle.

What’s driving the multi-million dollar price tags on these “Cribs”-worthy houses? It doesn’t hurt that we are the fastest-growing city in the States right now, with fairly low unemployment rate of 4 percent and high job growth rate that’s double the national average.

That said, if you can price yourself out of one of the little condo boxes Amazon’s growth is sparking in downtown, here are a few of your random options (these are just sample of the homes, not in order of most expensive):

1. Queen Anne, $11.5 million: The most expensive house in Seattle is 6,820 square feet of traditional Americana bliss. Terraced gardens, an elevated pool deck and sport court cover this 19,000 square-foot lot. You get a skyline view, too.

2. Capitol Hill, $8.9 million: Let’s say quiet Queen Anne is not for you? Don’t fret, you can crash in your own luxe Capitol Hill pad. It’s got over 12,000 square feet of space, six bedrooms and “enough formal areas to host three galas at once.” Also included: bragging rights about living on Millionaire’s Row.

3. Bob Hope’s house, $3.695 million: Maybe it’s because I’m a total sucker for those Puget Sound views from North Beach, but this former Bob Hope crash pad is awesome. Check out the views from the pool.

While looking at these places might be just as ridiculous as fantasizing what you’d do with your Powerball winnings, hey, it’s fun to dream, right?
