The Fourth Annual Global Entrepreneurship Summit in Kuala Lumpur is taking on a distinctive Seattle feel. Not in the weather, since it is supposed to be near 90 degrees there this week, but in the lineup of speakers and dignitaries.

Last night, we told you about how Seattle non-profit UP Global is making a splash at the event, getting mentioned by President Barack Obama in opening remarks about a new effort to boost programs like Startup Weekend throughout the world.

Today, it’s Rich Barton’s turn to take the stage. Barton, the co-founder of Expedia and Zillow, will deliver the keynote address at the Summit, which is being attended by U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and others.

Barton’s topic: “Empowering and Connecting Entrepreneurs.”

The talk will air at 6 p.m. tonight (pacific time) and you can tune in to the stream here.

Here’s Barton, along with Silicon Valley venture capitalist Bill Gurley talking about a range of topics at the GeekWire Summit in September.
