It happens all of the time. Packages are stolen off a doorstep, a petty and annoying crime. Most people let it go, reporting the crime to the authorities or contacting the retailer.
But Tim Lake of Phoenix is taking matters into his own hands after capturing the thief on camera ripping off an Amazon.com package. In fact, Lake is going all Dog The Bounty Hunter on the robber, posting signs around his neighborhood and speaking to the local TV news station about the crime.
What’s he trying to recover? Just some K-Cup coffee pods and an ice cube tray.
Lake’s sarcastic interview with the news crew is definitely worth a view, especially when he feigns tears over his inability to make iced coffee.
“I don’t know who you are. I don’t know what you want. But I will look for you. I will find you, and I will convict you,” Lake told Phoenix’s CBS5, doing an impression of Liam Neeson in the movie Taken.
