Here’s how to get more followers on Twitter: Be positive, be clear and share quality stuff.
That’s according to a new extensive study out of the Georgia Institute of Technology. Researchers analyzed 500,000 tweets over 15 months from 507 Twitter users and found that posting more positive Tweets can help you gain followers.
The research also proved that talking less about yourself can increase your follower count, as does having a complete profile and Tweeting clearly about quality information.
On the other hand, if you want to lose followers, using too many hashtags and Tweeting negative content can help you with that.
Of course, if you really need more followers, you can try to buy them.
