While Microsoft did a little flip-flopping with some of the Xbox One policies, Sony has remained steady with its rules for the PlayStation 4. Sony Computer Entertainment president Andrew House wanted to reiterate this fact and used his time on stage at the big GamesCom conference in Germany to do so on Tuesday.

“While others have shifted their message and changed their story … ” House said, then paused after a few cheers from the crowd, smiled and continued. “… we were consistent in maintaining policies and a model that is fair and in tune with consumer desires.”

This isn’t the first time Sony has taken public jabs at its biggest gaming rival. In June during the big E3 video game conference, Sony put out a video that poked fun at Microsoft’s since-changed restrictions on game-sharing.

The real question is whether or not gamers actually care that Microsoft changed its tune after listening to customers, or if they are just happy that the Redmond software giant responded to the criticism instead of holding its ground.

Sony announced today that the PS4 will hit shelves on Nov. 15 in North America and Nov. 29 in Europe. You can watch House’s comments at the 2:02:00 mark in the video above.
