Facebook button: The folks over at Unwired View have confirmed the rumor that there will be a Facebook button on the new HTC Myst phone. Just what we all need: more Facebook!
Taylor Swift vs. Steve Ballmer: If you didn’t get a chance to see the goat edition of Taylor Swift’s hit single “I Knew You Were Trouble,” you should probably check it out. But you should also take a look at the Verge’s Steve Ballmer edition. You won’t regret it:
Facebook redesign: Yesterday, Facebook revealed its new, simpler newsfeed, which will feature larger images and be more “mobile-inspired,” said CEO Mark Zuckerberg. Will FB users freak?
More Google job cuts: Today, Google announced that it plans to cut 1,200 more Motorola jobs, in addition to the 4,000 that it cut last summer. The decision will affect employees in the United States, China and India.
Hammer-resistent iPhone screen: Seattle-based company Sir Lancelot’s Armor has only 19 days left in its Kickstarter campaign to fund a protective iPhone screen that can survive being hit with a hammer. The screen costs $20.
Childproof TV remote: Here’s another interesting Seattle-based Kickstarter campaign. Tot Switch is a simple addition to your TV remote that prevents your kids from messing up your TV settings. All you have to do is flip a switch on the back of the remote, and the buttons will stop working.
