There’s a lot of news shaking this week in online real estate as the Real Estate Connect conference takes place in New York City — featuring speakers such as Zillow co-founder Rich Barton and Craigslist creator Craig Newmark. Bellevue-based Imprev also is making some news at the event, announcing today that it will add the ability for RE/MAX agents to create single property Web sites; add YouTube videos to those sites and easily manage additional marketing materials such as e-cards, flyers and brochures.

The new tools will be made available to 70,000 RE/MAX agents beginning this month, creating a potentially lucrative revenue source for 13-year-old company. Imprev’s Premier Agent Campaigns, Premier Video-based Home Tours and Premier Agent Single Property Websites are being made available to agents for an annual subscription of $199, or agents can sign up for all three services for $299.

If just 1,000 agents sign on for the new package, Imprev could reap $300,000 in annual revenue.

The deal marks an expansion of Imprev’s online marketing tools for agents, an area where Zillow and Market Leader also are attempting to expand their footprints.

“RE/MAX continues to lead the industry with inventive and integrated technologies that make it easier for agents to reach buyers and sellers,” said Mike Ryan, RE/MAX Executive Vice President, Global Communications and Branding. “These new modern marketing products address the growing digital orientation of consumers who are living in a mobile-centric world.”

Last May, Zillow unveiled a new service that gives agents Web sites for $10 per month, with those in the company’s Premier Agent program getting the service for free.
