Here’s some from the GeekWire calendar that have really caught our attention. Hope you learn something!

Dice CabanaDice Cabana Grand Opening: This sounds snazzy. Dice Cabana, SURF Incubator’s new tech event space located in the Exchange building, is having a Gatsby-themed grand opening! Put on your spats, strut out the door and watch GeekWire co-founder John Cook on the panel!

When: Friday, September 26th, 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Splunk conf2013: Las Vegas: Who needs an excuse to go to Vegas? Splunk conf2013 seems like a good one. “It is the best opportunity to learn about all of the new and interesting ways leading companies are using Splunk.”

When: Monday, September 30th – Thursday, October 3rd. All day.

IAPP Privacy Academy 2013: Bellevue: It’s true, technology is greatly impacted by changes in data security and it’s up to the tech companies to understand and implement these changes. Stay ahead of the curve at this event.

Travel and Technology Conference “TNT”: This conference is all about the great strides being made in the travel industry with regards to technology. Think about it, it really has come so far. I won’t be happy until I can say “beam me up” though.
