For rental professionals who do not have their own website and are looking for a custom online solution, today Zillow is introducing Property Management Websites to its suite of free tools.
Zillow Property Management Websites are customizable, easy to make and allow prospective renters to contact property mangers. It will help professionals market their listings and manage their business.
“At Zillow we’re focused on giving rental professionals the tools they need to attract and collaborate with prospective tenants,” David Vivero, vice president of Zillow Rentals, said in a press release. “Giving every property manager a beautiful search engine-optimized website is yet another way Zillow Rentals will help rental professionals get more exposure for their listings and fill their vacancies faster and more easily.”
Professionals will be able to integrate their website with Zillow Rentals listings, personalize the domain name and use Zillow’s free customer relationship management platform to track customer leads coming from the website.
Zillow already offers Zillow Premier Agent Websites, a similar service that costs $10 per month (free for Premier Agents) and attracted thousands of real estate agents in just a few months. Zillow launched Zillow Rentals in October.
