HasOffers, the Seattle affiliate marketing company, has promoted Peter Hamilton to the position of CEO. Hamilton, who joined the company in 2009, previously served as chief marketing officer. He replaces co-founder Lucas Brown who will be moving to the role of president and chief product officer. Co-founder Lee Brown remains as CTO. “Transparency is at the forefront of performance marketing and we are creating the open communication platform that will allow the advertising industry to grow,” said Hamilton in a statement. “HasOffers is poised to be the reconciliation platform of record in both mobile and web advertising.” HasOffers, bootstrapped by founders Lucas and Lee Brown, is on track to post $8 million in revenue this year.

EveryMove, a Seattle startup developing a “mileage rewards program” for health and wellness, is bolstering its team as it prepares for a public launch. Joining the company are: Chris Kinsman, the former vice president of development at Vertafore; Adrian Klein, the former vice president of product at Evri; and Ryan Bethel; the former vice president of business development at AdReady.

EveryMove raised $2.6 million in Premera Blue Cross, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska, BlueCross BlueShield Venture Partners and host of Seattle angel investors. A graduate of TechStars Seattle, EveryMove is led by entrepreneurs Marcelo Calbucci and Russell Benaroya.

Kinsman is serving as software architect, while Klein has joined as VP of product and Bethel jas joined as senior director of business development.

Seattle business intelligence company Tableau Software has named Ren Jurgensen, a former director at Isilon Systems and Varolii, to its board. Jurgensen worked as a CPA with KPMG for 32 years, serving as national partner in charge of the hospitality industry practice and managing partner of the Bellevue and Seattle offices. “Tableau is ushering business analytics out of the dark ages and into a golden era of easy, self-service analytics for everyone,” said Christian Chabot, CEO and co-founder of Tableau. “We believe it’s one of the most important trends in technology today. Jurgensen’s experience and talent on our board will help us drive this movement to the next level.” The company has been growing fast, with bookings of $58.7 million during the first half of the year. Just this week, the company announced a new office in Austin with capacity for more than 150 employees. It announced that it plans to hire 300  employees in 2012.

Clean Power Research has hired Mark Liffmann as vice president of sales, marketing and business development, and promoted Jeremy Stone to the position of vice president of engineering. “Mark brings all the right sales, marketing and business development  ingredients to drive our growth in existing markets and push forward into new ones,” said Jeff Ressler, president of software services at Clean Power Research. Liffmann previously worked at SunPower; Solar Depot and EnerG2. Stone previously spent four years at Valve, and 12 years at Microsoft working on products such as MSN Messenger, Windows 95 and the first versions of Internet Explorer.
