Tracy Wright Knox
Tracy Wright Knox, the former chief financial officer at drugstore.com, has taken a new CFO position at Bellevue-based UIEvolution. In the role, Wright Knox will oversee finance, human resources and the company’s global offices.

Profitable and growing, UIEvolution develops cross-platform applications. It was sold in March 2004 to Japanese gaming company Square Enix, and three years later was spun off as an independent company in a management-led buyout that included Ruff, Intel Capital and others. The company, which earlier this year purchased the assets of Splat Interactive, now employs about 150 people.

“We are pleased to have Tracy Wright Knox join the executive team of UIEvolution and welcome her as our CFO,” the company said in a statement. “Tracy has an outstanding financial track record and unique experience managing rapid growth in companies. Her broad management expertise leading finance, strategy, operations and technology teams is a great fit for UIEvolution.”
