A modern waterfront retreat designed by architect Hal Moldstad, who also built homes for Microsoft’s co-founders, is on the market.

According to Curbed Seattle, this Pacific Northwest gem is located on Bainbridge Island. Listed by Sotheby’s, the 1979 house, called the “Sanctuary on Point White,” offers three bedrooms and about 4,765 square feet of property. It features views of Seattle and the Bremerton ferry, and has “vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace, spa-styled bathroom and sauna, and tons of wood detailing” on the inside, with a personal beach on the outside.

It can be all yours for $2.75 million.
