Consumer Internet companies dominate the Seattle region’s startup scene, as documented on GeekWire’s own Startup List, but the technology companies experiencing the fastest growth in the region are focusing on different areas — such as database migration, camera accessories and technology for measuring rooftops.

That’s one of the insights to be gleaned from this year’s Inc. 500 list of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies, released this week. The top 5 companies from the Seattle region are all from the region’s tech industry, but none of them is a pure-play consumer Internet startup.

Here are the top 5 from the Seattle metro area.

DB Best Technologies: Database migration and custom software development. No. 76 on the overall list, 2011 revenue of $4.4 million, three-year growth of 3,602%.

EagleView Technologies: Technology for accurately measuring rooftops, used by the insurance and construction industries. No. 133, 2011 revenue of $35.4 million, three-year growth of 2,406%.
