Dark Sky for iPhone, a hyperlocal, real-time weather app that predicts weather in your neighborhood over the next hour. $3.99.

Sun Seeker projects the path of the sun across a property at different points of the year.

WalkScore for iPhone, gives a walkability score for specific locations based on the amenities and services within walking distance.

Bamboo Paper notebook app for the iPad, free but works best with a stylus that costs $30. (Thanks, Cody.)

Fitocracy, social network for getting in shape and working out. “Slick UI, easy navigation, creates a feeling of community around fitness,” says our Facebook follower Kelly, who suggested this one. Free app.

Saga intelligent companion for iOS.

Kouply for iPhone and Windows Phone, turns your relationship into a game, lets you award points to your significant other and compete with other couples if you want. Free app.

Vyclone for iPhone, automatically combines videos from different users into one video of the same scene. Free app.

Downcast podcast listening app for iPhone, $1.99.
