We’re gearing up for our big GeekWire Summit, the inaugural half-day conference March 7 in downtown Seattle. Last week we announced the participation of former Microsoft chief software architect Ray Ozzie, Hulu CTO Richard Tom, and UW computer science luminary Oren Etzioni. Today we’re pleased to announce more industry veterans who will be sharing insights from the Summit stage.
Joining us for the event will be Jocelyn Goldfein, Facebook director of engineering, who is coming up from California to share insights on the growth of the social networking powerhouse; Hadi Partovi, the former Microsoft executive and veteran Seattle entrepreneur known for ventures including iLike and Tellme; Cole Brodman, the chief marketing officer of Bellevue-based T-Mobile USA; and Mike McSherry, the CEO of Swype, the successful Seattle-based mobile input startup sold last year to Nuance Communications.
