F5 Networks, which makes software and hardware products that speed the delivery of applications over the Internet, has been on a significant growth path in recent months. The company topped $1 billion in revenue in 2011. It now employs more than 2,600 people worldwide. (1,060 of those employees are in Washington state).

“F5 will be using the space for future expansion, as the company has experienced over 30 percent growth in our global employee count since October 2010,” said a company spokeswoman.
