Discuzz, a Bellevue startup that’s developing technologies to help organizations better communicate with partners and customers, has raised $275,000, according to a SEC filing.

Discuzz is led by former Microsoft managers Andy Harjanto and Conrad Bayer. Harjanto worked at Microsoft from 1994 to 2008, before leaving to found Guppers. Bayer is the former general manager of Identity and Access at Microsoft.

Here’s how the company describes its offering:

“Email is difficult to differentiate. Telephone calls can be hard to schedule. Most other social media tools are either too public or don’t work well externally. Discuzz is designed to make your partners and customers first class citizens.”
