Zillow announced a deal today to bring its mortgage marketplace offering to AOL Real Estate and Daily Finance, marking the first time that the two companies have partnered. The new service, which will debut next year, will allow homeowners and home shoppers to research, shop for and compare mortgages.

“AOL Real Estate has many thousands of users who are either home owners or interested in buying a home, so we’re excited to be able to offer them important financial tools and personalized loan quotes from Zillow Mortgage Marketplace,” said Jay Kirsch, VP & GM of AOL Marketplace.

Zillow competitor Move provides listings to AOL Real Estate.

Zillow already has a deal to provide listings and Zestimates to Yahoo Real Estate, but a company spokeswoman declined to comment when asked about whether it has plans to implement the mortgage offering with Yahoo.

The Seattle online real estate company will report earnings on Wednesday afternoon.
