Seattle startup Chewsy and two dozen other startup companies are getting the chance to present their companies today at Startup Riot, a new event that looks to connect entrepreneurs with investors. Each of the 25 entrepreneurs was given just three minutes to present to the judging panel, which included venture capitalists such as Bill Bryant of DFJ and Greg Gottesman of Madrona.

The winner of the event — who we will announce in this post later today — receives 7.5 hours worth of meetings with investors like David Hornik of August Capital and Wesley Chan of Google Ventures.

UPDATE: The five finalists at the event include: Apptentive, Chewsy, OfferUp, iSheetMusic and Toolz.me. The winner of the big event is Chewsy, followed by iSheetMusic and OfferUp.

Here’s a look at the event from KING 5′s Jake Whittenberg:

Had a great time presenting at Startup Riot!  If you’ve never been to a startup event, you should go to one. Look forward to meeting more fellow startup entrepreneurs!
