Seattle, for whatever reason, has become a hub of online real estate technologies. And this week several of those companies are showing off their wares at the National Association of Realtors Conference & Expo in Anaheim.

Bellevue-based Imprev is introducing a new iPad application built in conjunction with RE/MAX, which allows agents to put together rich presentations for home sellers.

“Whether you’re an associate looking to make a strong first impression on a potential client or a broker looking to recruit a top agent, you now have the ability to share a presentation on your iPad anytime, anyplace,” the company writes in a description of the app.

A profitable 10-year-old company, Imprev also built the RE/MAX iPad app.

Meanwhile, Windermere Solutions, the technology arm of the Seattle real estate company, is introducing its first product at the show. Dubbed Agent Websites, Windermere Solutions’ new offering is the first in a line-up of new products it plans to unveil in the coming months including its own mobile product for agents.

The company said that more than 2,500 of Windermere’s 7,000 agents have set up sites using Agent Websites. The product is designed to enrich connections between agents and brokerages, and allow agents to tout their personal brands online.

“Our new Agent Websites give agents a classy online presence and the tools they need to connect with buyers and sellers in a high-tech environment, helping to deliver a valuable experience to their clients,” said OB Jacobi, president of Windermere Real Estate Company.

The new Agents Websites service includes an integrated property search that automatically includes all MLS listings, photo galleries, an easy way to feature testimonials from past clients and unlimited custom pages that agents can use to highlight community events, preferred vendors and other information. It also includes a tool that automatically feeds active and sold listings onto a site.

“You do not have to be a technology wizard to get these sites up and running,” Windermere Solutions CEO John Jones said. “They are designed so that agents can set up the site quickly and customize it to meet their personal style and brand, and then get back to the business of real estate.”
