KING-5’s weekend public affairs program “Up Front,” hosted by Robert Mak, yesterday featured an extended look at Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen, with highlights from my interview with Allen this spring at Seattle’s Town Hall. It’s a good overview of the interview and a good summary of Allen’s life — worth a watch, especially if you missed the previous coverage of his remarks.

See our original summary and this special episode of the GeekWire Podcast for more from the interview. I also joined Mak in the studio at the end of this weekend’s segment to offer my thoughts on the interview, and Allen in general. I can’t find that portion of the show online, but a lot of my thoughts were summed up in this earlier review of Allen’s book.

Good interview and I’m glad Robert Mak covered it. Thanks for posting. I’m sorry I missed the Town Hall event. Allen’s penny comment was funny and clever.
