Workers at Microsoft have to put out fires on a daily basis, from software bugs to issues with customers. But workers in building 92 had to put out a real fire today.

A malfunctioning transformer in building 92 — which contains the Microsoft Visitor Center — caused a fire with a lot of smoke. But employees in the building were able to get it under control before the Redmond Fire Department arrived.

The building has been evacuated the power has been turned off. A spokesman for Microsoft said that everything is under control, according to those on site. No injuries were reported.
