Here it is, the first GeekWire Podcast: We’re back!

One of the pleasant surprises after starting GeekWire was the number of people who asked if we would continue doing a podcast. We’re excited to say that the answer is yes. We’re launching a new weekly GeekWire show in partnership with 97.3 KIRO-FM in Seattle and MyNorthwest.com.

In fact, we were back in the studio yesterday afternoon for the first episode — rounding up the week’s tech news and talking with our guest, tech media guru Hanson Hosein, director of the Master of Communication in Digital Media program at the University of Washington. And in the final segment, we have some fun with our “Name That Tech Tune” contest. (See the link below to submit your answer.)

Listen to the show above or subscribe using this RSS feed (http://feeds.feedburner.com/geekwirepodcast). Here’s the MP3 for this episode. Zune and iTunes listings to come.
