Hey, look what we found in the App Store today!

Yep, it’s GeekWire’s first mobile app, a tidy package of all our latest headlines and stories. We’ve actually been testing and refining it for a few weeks now, and now we’re hoping you’ll download the app and make it part of your mobile news routine.

Developed and sponsored by Filter, the digital solutions agency, the GeekWire newsfeed reader app is a quick way to read our latest  stories, and sort them by category to drill down into a particular topic of interest, from startups to mobile news to Amazon and Microsoft. The app also offers offline reading and quick sharing via Twitter, Facebook and email.

We’ll also be keeping our mobile website online, for those of you who prefer not only to read stories on mobile devices, but also to view and post comments.

In the future, we’ll be aiming for additional features and other mobile platforms, but we’re happy to take this first step into the world of mobile apps. We welcome your feedback and suggestions.
