Cheezburger remains the top dog (or should we say cat) on top of the Seattle Startup Index, the monthly ranking of the biggest Internet startups in the Seattle area based on Web traffic. But there are some new companies emerging on the scene, including Zulily and ClassifiedAds.com.
Here’s a look at the top 25 in the list, which now includes 476 companies.
As I’ve said time and time again, the index (based on Compete.com and Alexa rankings) is more of a fun exercise than anything else. After all, the most important numbers for these startups is revenue growth and profits.
